We're on our way to the Strahov Monastery/Library.  Alas, it's one of those places that's uphill from everywhere, perched atop one of Prague's hills. 

Later, we'll discover that the #22 or #23 tram will take us to the monastery for a mere 14Kč (65 cents). 

This staircase connects our street to one which is even higher! 

Looking back we can see how far above the city we have climbed ...and we're not there yet.  Prague is a very up-and-down town...
